I've had myself fall though a bridge once and get stuck
a /votekillnpc or for the leader /killnpc would be nice
also a /kill command would be nice

Here is a screenie of Alesia (from her point of view) buried in several hundred feet of sand dune.
After a resurect she ran directly through the terrain towards her previous position but aggroed some mob and stopped to fight them. The splodges in the sky are the bodies of that mob after we killed them.
Looking at the global map view Alesia thought she was standing just outside Ascalon (although I have never checked to see that Henchies know where they are on the map when not bugged like this).
This looks like some pretty simple resurect coding bug, I can't understand why Anet are taking so long to fix it.
